Desiree was assisting and leading dives at The Aliwal Shoal for the past two and a half years. She should have been a mermaid... because she belongs in the water. Her passion is underwater photography and her enthusiasm is infectious.

 Tyla was leading dives and driving boats at The Aliwal Shoal for the past two and a half years. Tyla is also a qualified Shark Guide for the famous baited Tiger Shark Dives, loves all forms of water sports and has far too much energy for one person.

Tyla will soon be going on to become an SSI Instructor and he will make a fine one!

Joelene du Plessis

Joe is working her way up to become a Dive Master and will be helping out in and around the dive centre. Joe always has a friendly smile and nothing is too much trouble for her to organise or assist with.
